How much is shipping?

Shipping will cost you R75 delivered straight to your door within 3-5 working days.

Is my order affected by COVID?

While we are shipping most orders normally, we are experiencing some delays. In most cases, delays will only be up to a few days, but some items could take longer. We are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped and returns processed as quickly as possible. We are grateful for your support, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time.

Why hasn't my tracking number been updated?

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take 4-8 hours to update. If it’s been more than 48 hours and your order still shows no movement, we’re here to help! Email us at support@deevynhair.co.za

How do i make a referral?

It’s easy to refer your friends and family! Send them an email, which includes your affiliate link, and invite them to make their first purchase. or simply share it with your social media audience 

You need to create an account and be enrolled in In The Deevyn affiliate program, in order to make a referral and receive the credit. If you’re not already enrolled, you can sign up here. 

How much do I earn if I make a referral?

Affiliates earn an average of 20% of the total value of the order amount

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?

There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make when you send links to your friends/audience.
